Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented

Marketing Manager

to lead our growth initiatives for Eduio and Creatik. This role involves faculty onboarding and partnerships, promoting AI lead-generation automation tools to businesses, organizing seminars/workshops, and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:1. Faculty Tie-Ups & Course Onboarding (Eduio):

Identify, approach, and onboard expert faculty/instructors across various domains. Manage and support faculty in course creation using AI tools. Build strategic academic partnerships and collaborations.

2. AI Product Marketing & Sales (Creatik):

Promote and sell AI-based lead generation automation solutions to small and medium businesses. Conduct demos and presentations to showcase product value. Maintain CRM records and close leads through consistent follow-ups.

3. Seminar & Workshop Execution:

Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and workshops related to digital marketing, AI tools, and business automation. Coordinate logistics, speaker invitations, event promotions, and attendee engagement.

4. Marketing & Lead Generation:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) for Eduio and Creatik. Use WhatsApp, social media, email marketing, and local outreach for lead acquisition. Work with designers/content creators to produce promotional material (PDFs, videos, creatives, etc.).

5. Reporting & Analysis:

Track KPIs, campaign performance, lead conversion rates. Provide weekly reports and suggest actionable improvements.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
