Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to each brand's objectives.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage quarterly marketing budgets.
Content & Creative:
Oversee photoshoots, videoshoots, and creative production with internal and external teams.
Performance Marketing:
Manage in-house and agency-led paid campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
PR & Influencer Marketing:
Collaborate with agencies and influencers to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Brand Partnerships:
Identify and execute strategic collaborations and tie-ups.
CRM & Loyalty:
Manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns to boost retention and loyalty.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and aggregators.
Social Media:
Manage brand Instagram accounts -- content, stories, DMs, and community engagement.
Events & Activations:
Plan and execute on-ground events, promotions, and new restaurant launches.
Offline Marketing:
Coordinate with agencies for print, outdoor, and in-store branding needs.
Team Leadership:
Lead the marketing team and report directly to the Strategy & Operations Director.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of marketing experience
, with
mandatory hospitality industry exposure
.
Strong grasp of both
digital and offline marketing channels
.
Proven experience managing
social media (especially Instagram)
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to work
on-site in South Mumbai
and commit to a
6-day work week
.
