We are looking for a

creative and proactive Marketing Manager

to manage our digital presence and support both online and offline marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about

content creation, branding, and social media trends

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle all social media platforms including

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

, and others Create engaging content such as

posts, reels, stories, captions, posters, and short videos

Plan and execute

digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities

Coordinate with

designers, videographers, and external agencies

when required Visit institute activities and events to create

live and real-time content

Perform

basic video editing, photo selection, and content optimization

Monitor and respond to

messages, comments, and inquiries

on social media platforms Maintain

brand consistency

across all marketing and promotional materials Support

offline marketing activities

, events, campaigns, and promotions

Requirements:

Proven experience in

marketing or social media handling

Strong

creative thinking and content planning skills

Basic knowledge of tools like

Canva, video editing apps

, or similar platforms Good communication skills in

English and Malayalam

Ability to work

independently as well as in a team

Passion for

digital marketing, creativity, and social media trends

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience in

educational or aviation industry marketing

Knowledge of

Instagram Reels, trending content, and analytics

Photography or videography skills
