Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing initiatives for the jewellery business across Central India. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, showroom footfall, and sales through effective retail, trade, and regional marketing strategies aligned with national brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for CG, MP, UP, and Bihar
Drive showroom promotions, exhibitions, festive campaigns, and new store launches
Lead retail and trade marketing initiatives with franchisees and dealers
Adapt national campaigns to local culture, festivals, and languages
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights
Collaborate closely with sales, agencies, and leadership teams
Candidate Profile
Graduation/MBA in Marketing or equivalent
8-12 years of marketing experience.
Candidate Should have jewellery Industry Experience.
Strong exposure to regional and retail marketing
Deep understanding of Central Indian markets
Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Hindi mandatory; regional language knowledge preferred
