Role Overview

We are seeking a

Manager of Marketing

to take full ownership of our revenue-generation engine. This leader will build and execute an outbound strategy, run targeted marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our platform, and convert opportunities into long-term accounts through structured RFP and proposal management.

This role is

remote (India-based)

and will work closely with the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate combines proven sales leadership with hands-on marketing expertise and thrives in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mission:

Turn the SWAI platform into a demand engine for DTC entrepreneurs + B2B procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Run cold outbound into: DTC brands Retail founders Shopify entrepreneurs Corporate gifting buyers Manage ad funnels (Meta/TikTok) for DTC sourcing. Build the category pages for: Socks Packaging Apparel Custom UV-DTF Manage content calendar -- daily: TikTok explainer videos LinkedIn founder posts Before/after product videos Build landing pages for each product category. Coordinate samples and product photoshoots with Shenzhen team.
