Position: Marketing Manager

Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home) opportunity

Compensation: Milestone-based (Performance & Target Driven)

What You'll Do:

Lead marketing strategy and campaigns across digital platforms. Build Algoric's online presence through content, social media, SEO, and partnerships. Plan and execute creative campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for cohesive storytelling. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better reach and engagement.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand strategy (startup experience is a plus!). Strong understanding of real estate, AI, or tech industries (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills. A self-starter who can work independently and deliver measurable results.
