We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and driving growth through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to shape and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
Lead and coordinate efforts across teams including design, copywriting, paid ads, and analytics to ensure timely project delivery
Analyze marketing performance data, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new growth opportunities
Manage marketing automation tools, dashboards, and CRM integrations to streamline marketing processes
Create and oversee creative briefs, campaign messaging, and testing of marketing hypotheses
Own the marketing budget and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and paid advertising
Proficient with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, ClickFunnels, Zapier, GHL, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies
Ability to work proactively and take full ownership of marketing initiatives
