You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic planning, multi-channel campaigns, and compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing team
, including content creators, social media managers, and digital specialists.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
Oversee the creation and execution of high-quality content tailored to the jewelry/luxury audience, including campaigns, photoshoots, videos, and editorials.
Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Manage and grow the brand's presence across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, newsletters, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Own and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Stay ahead of trends in luxury, fashion, and jewelry marketing to inform strategy and content development.
Exceptional command of

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a
team leadership
role.
Proven experience in the
jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods
industries.
Strong portfolio or examples of successful
jewelry-related campaigns
and content strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior in the luxury market.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and CMS platforms.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with influencer marketing and PR.
SEO/SEM and performance marketing knowledge.
Adobe Creative Suite or other visual content tools.
Background in e-commerce or DTC brands.
