Role - Sales and Marketing Executive (Latur) - Customer Success Responsibilities:
  • Participate in all the training
  • Practicing leanings from trainings and applying it on the Job
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
  • Coordinate with pre-sales resource to fix appointments for demos
  • Identify Business needs of the prospect & show how they can be fulfilled in the product demo
  • Conduct basic product training for new customers
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.
