Post -

Manager- Referral Sales



Qualification - Graduate /MBA

Requirement-

Strong referral relationships with physicians & clinics

and healthcare partners in the area

Responsibility-



1. Develop and manage referral networks with doctors, clinics and healthcare partners

2. Execute referral marketing campaigns and physician engagement programs

3. Organize CMEs, doctor meet sand outreach activities

4. Track referral volumes, conversions and performance using CRM/HIS tools

5. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for smooth referral handling

Experience -

3 - 5 years



Location - South Delhi

Salary - as per experience & interview,

45k to 60k + incentives
