We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead our marketing and branding efforts in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to marketing with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.

- Analyze market trends and customer insights for effective positioning.

- Manage budgets, vendors, and external agencies.

- Track marketing KPIs and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements:

- Professional degree such as MBA or LLB.

- More than 10 years of experience in real estate or allied industries.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

Preferred Skills:

- Real estate marketing experience is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.

Salary: As per industry standards
