Job overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our company. The core responsible is creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role demands strong leadership, deep market insight, and the ability to manage 360 marketing campaigns for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
Coordinate with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams for integrated planning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies
Campaign Management
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive visibility and generate leads.
Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing assets.
Digital Marketing & Branding
Oversee the company's digital presence including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and property portals.
Manage digital marketing agencies and vendors to ensure performance-driven execution.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels and communications.
Lead Generation & CRM
Develop strategies to drive qualified lead acquisition through various marketing funnels.
Work closely with the sales team to align lead management, tracking, and reporting through CRM systems.
Negotiate and close agreements with property owners to secure listings, sales, and rental contracts.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to optimize marketing performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, Ad agencies or real estate sector. (Preferable but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and integrated communications.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with property owners.
Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
Good knowledge of contracts, agreements, and property documentation.
