Position: Graphic Designer - Marbella Group Location: [ On-Site] Company: Marbella Group Role Overview Marbella Group is hiring a high-precision, creatively sharp Graphic Designer who understands modern design standards and works fluently across both traditional design tools and AI-based creation workflows. This is not a junior role or a portfolio-padding gig. We are looking for a disciplined visual professional who can translate strategic intent into highly polished design output, whether static, animated, or AI-generated. You will be creating content for internal brands, external campaigns, real estate projects, digital launches, investor decks, social rollouts, and more. Deadlines will be tight. Quality cannot drop. You must have a trained eye and the speed to match it. Key Responsibilities o Design high-quality digital and print graphics: banners, brochures, branding assets, presentations, ad creatives, pitch decks, social media content, and more. o Work closely with the marketing and leadership team to execute brand-aligned visuals across projects. o Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Firefly, etc.) for fast concepting, idea boards, and iterative visual exploration. o Maintain a professional, clean, and modern design aesthetic in every file and asset. o Ensure file hygiene, version control, asset backups, and error-free exports at all times. o Apply feedback quickly and professionally without loss of creative quality. o Collaborate on select design projects for Nano Banana, our in-house creative brand lab. o Use task management and workflow tools to track deadlines and deliverables efficiently. o Proofread, refine, and improve content layout and copy accuracy with high command of English. o Leverage AI tools to assist with content generation, visual concepts, and versioning. Minimum Qualifications (Strictly Required): o Age: 22 to 35 years preferred o Education: Degree/diploma in Design, Communication, Media, or equivalent professional experience o Software Mastery: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere or After Effects) o AI Tools: Hands-on with at least 2 AI visual generation platform + prompt engineering basics o Project Workflow: Familiarity with software like Asana or equivalent task tracking systems o Language & Proofing: Strong command of written English. Capable of proofreading and correcting visual copy o File Discipline: File naming, artboard logic, export presets, brand guidelines compliance o Speed + Precision: Ability to deliver polished assets without micromanagement o Laptop & Connectivity: Must have personal system capable of handling design software & stable work connectivity Ideal Traits o Has a highly aesthetic eye - understands layout, balance, grids, hierarchy, type, spacing, and color o Understands commercial design needs: real estate, luxury branding, pitch decks, and ad campaigns o Creative but client-minded - knows when to explore and when to stick to the brief o Professional communicator - can receive feedback, present design logic, and improve without ego o Familiar with fast-paced agency-style work timelines Application Instructions Please submit: - Portfolio link (mandatory) - CV with past brand/project experience - Your minimum monthly CTC expectation (best offer only) We receive high-volume applications from skilled designers across the industry.
