Media Guardians is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager - Real Estate to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand presence, and manage key client relationships in the real estate sector. This role is perfect for someone with 4-8 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies and customer-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies to position real estate brands effectively across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
Drive innovative campaigns tailored to individual project and client goals.
Collaborate with the creative team and external partners to execute high-impact campaigns.
Brand & Market Positioning
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and lead generation.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison for real estate clients, understanding their goals and delivering effective marketing solutions.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
Prepare and present regular reports on ROI, client satisfaction, and upcoming marketing opportunities.
Team Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments and creative teams to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
Lead and mentor junior marketing executives and ensure team alignment with campaign objectives.
Industry Events & Networking
Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events.
Build brand visibility and foster new client connections within the real estate ecosystem.
Budgeting & Billing Oversight
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Oversee client billing processes and ensure timely collections for marketing projects.
Qualifications & Skills
4-8 years of proven experience in real estate marketing, brand management, or client servicing.
Strong grasp of integrated marketing communication (IMC) and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and performance tracking tools.
A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
