Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, website updates, and paid ad campaigns to ensure consistent online presence. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines. Content Creation: Supervise content development for brochures, websites, videos, blogs, and advertisements. Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, market trends, customer insights, and pricing strategies to refine marketing plans. Event Management: Organize and participate in real estate expos, property shows, launch events, and customer meetups. Agency Coordination: Manage and coordinate with advertising, PR, and digital agencies for campaign execution.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of marketing experience in the real estate sector. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior. Expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
