Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Manager to manage end-to-end marketing activities for our real estate projects. The role involves planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, coordinating with sales and internal teams, and working with external agencies to enhance brand visibility and project sales.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and event-based channels
Manage digital marketing activities including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing
Handle property portal listings such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and site visit activities
Plan and manage marketing content including website content, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and videos
Coordinate with design, creative, digital, and media agencies for campaign execution
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Organize and manage offline marketing activities such as site visits, open houses, exhibitions, and broker meets
Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and campaign documentation
Support promoter branding activities including business updates and CSR communication
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2-6 years of experience in real estate or property marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in marketing residential, commercial, or industrial real estate projects
Exposure to luxury or lifestyle property marketing
Knowledge of Kannada language
Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe design tools
