We are looking for an Experienced Marketing Manager for our existing showroom & upcoming showroom

Job Summary:

The marketing manager will be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing strategies across multi category retail formats including Readymade / Textile / Furniture and General Merchandise. The role focuses on driving store footfall, enhancing brand visibility, and improving sales performance through effective promotions, digital initiatives, and in-store marketing. The position requires close collaboration with Marketing, sales, merchandising, and operations teams to deliver measurable growth and strong customer engagement across all retail categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, and showroom activations to increase foot traffic. Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, performance marketing, website content, and lead generation. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing support for target achievement. Manage brand positioning, communication, and visual merchandising standards across showrooms and dealer networks. Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. Strong experience in textile and non-textile retail marketing. Knowledge of Apparel, Furniture, General Merchandise, Home Appliances, and Hypermarket operations. Expertise in store-level and hypermarket promotional strategies. Understanding of branded and traditional retail formats. Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple categories, stores, and campaigns simultaneously.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the furniture, home decor, interiors, retail, or lifestyle industry. Proven exposure to Apparel, Readymade Textile showrooms, Furniture, and Home Appliance marketing Strong experience in retail promotions, footfall-driven campaigns, and in-store marketing / product marketing, brand management and go-to-market strategies General Merchandise / Furniture / Home Appliances (Hypermarket) Expertise in Textile showroom (branded / traditional) Strong knowledge in Textile products, fabrics, latest fashion and market trends
