Job Brief: You are a right candidate for this profile if you have previous experience of managing day-to-day marketing activities at any media company (OTT is a preference). You have a proven track record of successfully being able to scale marketing as business also grew in all dimensions. You have established thought-leadership in the entertainment industry, you are highly collaborative with strong creative and leadership skills. The right candidate will expertise in building yearly / monthly / weekly marketing campaigns with clearly-defined objectives, budgeting, and audiences. A person with sound knowledge of 360-D media channels and instinct to use the best of their combination to market STAGE, as an OTT platform for Bharat audience and establish its fandom. The right candidate for this profile will have an obsession for processes, workflows, and data-driven insights to make the product highly visible even during the dark times. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead overall content marketing strategy for the business including marketing approach, target audience, positioning, and flawless execution of our content marketing campaigns from conception to launch
  • Develop clutter-breaking, relevant and delightful marketing campaigns for new content launches working closely with content partners, internal content, creative and broader marketing teams
  • Build and lead a high-performance team of launch specialists, and also influence the broader content strategy of the business collaborating closely with content teams.
  • Establish STAGE as a Premium and Sensible Entertainment Content company for Bharat through online/offline channels (FB/Google/Twtr/DB360/Outbrain/Taboola etc).
  • Position STAGE content pieces to make them locally relevant and loved.
  • Deep research and understanding of Bharat Dialect market to work cross - functionally with leaders of every dialect to guide and support the development of new content and launches.
  • You will develop strategies to continue to grow the following of our fans in our social brand handles as well as define strategies to promote our titles in social media platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production/post production and creative teams and share key learnings from current content and market research to implement in the upcoming content calendar.
  • Strategy Planning of minimum 6 month in advance in sync with the published content calendar in all the dialects.
  • Budget planning and allocation of minimum 6 months from the finance team for all the dialects.
  • Providing content analysis helping us in achieving incremental growth in the user retention on the platform
  • Partnership with local agencies/influencers and internal STAGE teams to put extended content marketing efforts.
  • Ability to develop marketing materials (Case Studies, marketing decks, white papers, talk points for webinars, interviews, PCs).
  • Ensure awareness of company’s week-on-week growth and updates by maintaining excellent communication with internal and external teams/clients/super-users.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid acquisition campaigns performance (new/retargeting efforts) across different UA channels without building dependency on any single platform..
Skills Required:
  • Self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deadlines that run simultaneously.

  • Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry with minimum 3 years of experience
  • You understand the power of content to build empathy in audience
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Worked in media/OTT with relevant experience and launched original shows
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi only as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.
