About the Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the food industry to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and product visibility across offline and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the food/FMCG sector.
Lead product marketing, including product launches, packaging strategies, and market positioning.
Manage brand building activities across digital, retail, and traditional media.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute BTL activities such as in-store promotions, sampling events, and food exhibitions.
Oversee social media, influencer collaborations, and digital ad campaigns.
Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize for better performance.
Handle vendor relationships and budget allocations for marketing initiatives.
Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, in the food/FMCG industry.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of consumer behavior in the food sector.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic analytics.
