Job Summary- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive innovative strategies to achieve our business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans while actively managing multitasking activities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Lead the team in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels including social media, direct mail, and online platforms.
- Create compelling promotional presentations to effectively communicate brand messaging and value proposition.
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials to target audiences.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Actively manage multitasking activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Demonstrated professional drive with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- Proficiency in diverse marketing techniques with a solid understanding of market segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with marketing software and online applications such as CRM tools, analytics platforms, and Google AdWords.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related field, with a proven track record of success.
