JOB DESCRIPTION-: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads for real estate projects. Oversee and manage all offline marketing activities, including print advertisements, outdoor campaigns, direct mailers, events, exhibitions, and other traditional marketing channels. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising. Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collaterals, including brochures, videos, presentations, and website content, that effectively communicate the value proposition of our projects Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and effective positioning in the market. Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign ROI Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective lead generation and conversion. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to leverage innovative marketing approaches and tools. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Create new trend marketing videos for brand promotion. any additional responsibilities given by management or organization should be completed timely. Educational Qualification - BBA-(Marketing) / MBA- Marketing Relevant Experience - Minimum 10-12 years of relevant working experience Skills - Knowledge Of Digital Marketing ,Target oriented, People handling, Negotiation, Leadership ,Forecasting market .
