Job Description


Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish across channels such as email, paid media, paid search, social, third party and content syndication, with quantifiable results. Drive sales development inbound / outbound campaigns to source highly qualified leads, meetings, and SQLs. Project manage vendor driven programs through media partners and webinars Use marketing automation and sales engagement tools to improve lead outcomes, through targeted outreach. Maintain a feedback loop with sales development to optimize inbound and outbound campaigns, follow-up activities, and conversion to pipeline Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target segments, messaging, and channels for maximum impact Assist in build, lead, and mentor Kibo s GTM team in India WHAT YOU LL NEED 5+ years of experience in Marketing with B2B SaaS organizations, with a strong emphasis on ABM, Demand Generation and Sales Development Proven track record of successfully leading marketing and/or sales development teams with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement, forecasting and ROI, and program execution skills Experience working across multiple product lines and buyer profiles Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail Knowledge and hands-on experience with marketing automation, sales engagement and CRM tools, particularly Marketo, Outreach, Zoominfo, Demandbase, and Salesforce.com, paid and organic channels BONUS Experience related to eCommerce, Order Management/Supply Chain, or Retail KIBO PERKS Flexible schedule and time away programs Paid company holidays and global volunteer day Generous health, wellness, and benefit programs Opportunity for impact, rapid career growth, and intellectual stimulation Passionate, high-achieving teammates excited to help you succeed and learn Company events and other activities (Holiday parties, Happy hours, Volunteering)
