Position Summary:

The marketing manager will be responsible for driving market growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and proactive business development in both domestic and export markets. This role demands a results-oriented leader with strong communication skills, industry insight, and the ability to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, motivate, and monitor marketing and sales teams to ensure performance targets are met. Expand and strengthen the company's franchisee network. Identify and develop new export market opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with production, distribution, and customer service. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine strategies.
