The Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical sector is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, executing brand promotion activities, and driving awareness for pharmaceutical products. The role ensures effective communication between sales teams, medical professionals, and stakeholders to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
marketing strategies
for assigned pharmaceutical brands.
Conduct
market research
, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
Plan and execute
product launches
, promotional campaigns, and scientific marketing activities.
Collaborate with the
sales team
to support field activities and provide marketing materials.
Build strong relationships with
doctors, healthcare professionals, and distributors
.
Coordinate
CME programs, conferences, and medical events
to promote products.
Monitor brand performance and prepare
sales & marketing reports
.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with
regulatory and ethical guidelines
.
Handle
digital marketing strategies
including social media, email campaigns, and brand visibility.
Work closely with
medical, regulatory, and product development teams
for accurate communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Pharma, Science, or Marketing
.
3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
Strong understanding of
pharma products, therapy areas, and market trends
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in
