Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, social media management, and branding strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to grow engagement and brand presence.
Build and implement effective branding strategies to position the company strongly in the market.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content) to align marketing with business objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and email marketing for lead nurturing.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar marketing role.
Proven expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and social media management.
Strong understanding of branding principles and positioning strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
