1. Brand Building & Strategy (Compulsory Skill)
Develop and implement comprehensive
brand-building strategies
that strengthen brand identity and awareness.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels -- online and offline.
Conduct market analysis to understand audience behavior, competition, and brand positioning.
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence in all marketing communications.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Plan and manage
digital marketing campaigns
on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create and execute
social media content strategies
that drive engagement and follower growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like
Meta Business Suite

Google Analytics
, and other analytics platforms.
Design visually appealing marketing materials using

or similar tools.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality posts, videos, and ad creatives.
3. Videography & Content Creation
Capture, edit, and produce engaging

4. Offline Marketing & Events
Plan and execute

Key Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
