- Marketing Manager (Pre-Engineered Building Division)

Reporting To:

Director / Head - Sales & Business Development

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by generating and managing sales leads for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for market development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development



Identify and develop new business opportunities for PEB structures Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients Generate inquiries through field visits, networking, and digital marketing channels

2. Sales & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

3. Market Research & Strategy



Study market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements Provide feedback to management for product positioning and pricing strategies

4. Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and order execution Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline

5. Branding & Promotion



Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events Support digital and offline promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil) with MBA in Marketing preferred 5-10 years of experience in PEB / Steel Structures / Construction Industry Strong network of industry contacts and proven track record in sales generation Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Key Skills

Strategic business development and client handling Knowledge of PEB products and construction processes Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Inquiry generation and conversion rate Sales revenue vs. target Client satisfaction and repeat business Regional market share growth Timely reporting and coordination efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,788.08 - ₹39,762.56 per month
