Job Description

A marketing manager develops, implements, and oversees marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, drive demand for products/services, and achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital and traditional), analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and leading a marketing team. They collaborate with other departments like sales and creative to ensure a cohesive message and maximize return on investment. Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.

Campaign management:

Create, manage, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, print, video). Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign materials and touchpoints.

Analysis and optimization:

Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics. Use data to measure performance, generate qualified leads, and optimize campaigns for better results and ROI.

Budget management:

Establish and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Team and stakeholder collaboration:

Lead, manage, and mentor a marketing team. Collaborate with sales, creative, and other departments to align strategies with business goals. Present marketing strategies and results to senior management and other stakeholders.

Content and communications:

Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for marketing materials. Review and approve advertising materials for both print and digital media.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
