Mandatory Qualifications:



MBA / PGDMM / Management Degree (Marketing specialization preferred)

Experience Profile:



Proven success as Group Product Manager or Marketing Manager Demonstrated ability to manage product portfolios and execute brand activations at the outlet level Strong experience in planning and executing POSM initiatives, medical camps, and market activations Proficient in managing agency ecosystems, including Creative, Digital, ATL, and BTL agencies Pan-India exposure with a track record of driving brand strategies, campaigns, and market engagement

Key Responsibilities:



Brand Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement brand strategy, positioning, and communication plans for the product portfolio Identify growth opportunities and design targeted marketing interventions
Product Portfolio Management

Drive portfolio expansion, market share growth, and product visibility Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to refine product positioning
Activation and Consumer Engagement

Plan and execute ground-level activations, outlet campaigns, and medical camps Design and deploy effective POSM campaigns for retail and trade channels
Agency and Partner Management

Coordinate with ATL/BTL agencies for creative development, campaign execution, and media planning Monitor agency deliverables to ensure ROI-focused outcomes
Market Research and Insights

Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and programs
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution Provide field force with training materials, campaign toolkits, and marketing collaterals
Budgeting and ROI

Manage marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effective execution Track and report ROI on activations and promotional expenditures
ATL and BTL Campaigns

Develop and execute mass media (ATL) and on-ground (BTL) marketing campaigns Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms
Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor campaign effectiveness, sales impact, and brand health KPIs Prepare and present periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations to management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
