We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the marketing operations for our cattle feed manufacturing business. The role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through innovative promotional campaigns and distribution management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales and market share in the cattle feed sector.
Identify new markets, distribution channels, and customer segments (dealers, distributors, farmers, and dairy units).
Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks to ensure wide market coverage.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to identify opportunities and challenges.
Design and execute branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns (print, digital, and field-based).
Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align supply with market demand.
Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including farmers, distributors, veterinary doctors, and co-operatives.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on marketing performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cattle feed, agri-input, or FMCG sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
