Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote wellness services. Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, CRM, operations) to align marketing efforts with service delivery. Identify target audiences and create segment-specific campaigns. Manage and grow the brand's online presence and reputation. Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials and campaigns. Stay updated on wellness trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Organize and support promotional events, webinars, and wellness workshops.

Requirements:

Experience:

2-5 years in a marketing role (experience in healthcare or wellness preferred)

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics Excellent communication and storytelling abilities Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Creative thinking and attention to detail
