Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expand our client base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:-

Sales Closure: Convert leads into clients by effectively pitching services. Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively contact prospects via phone/social media to generate interest and schedule consultations. Proposal Creation: Draft and present tailored service proposals to showcase value and meet client objectives. Lead Management: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Client Objection Handling: Address queries, negotiate terms, and overcome objections to finalize deals. Database Management: Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align pitches with service capabilities.
Requirements:-

Experience: 1-5 years in sales/telecalling; prior experience in sales will be strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English. Excellent customer service and marketing skills.
