We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team, grow revenue, and manage marketing activities. You will be responsible for setting targets, building client relationships, and promoting the brand through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement sales & marketing plans. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline). Monitor market trends and competitor activities o Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing results.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1 to 3 years of sales & marketing experience Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software. Willing to travell on daily basis to meet our clients.
