About the Role:-
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven candidate to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and a passion for connecting with people. If you're confident on the phone and able to handle offline meeting with client this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-

Generate new leads through Upwork, cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services/solutions. Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align offerings.
Meet or exceed sales targets and reporting .

Requirements:

3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT services, software, or consulting (preferred). Self-motivated and target-driven. Must have communication skills in English.
