Job Summary:
The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for the organization. The role involves building the company's brand, driving demand for residential and commercial projects, managing customer experiences, and ensuring strategic positioning in a competitive real estate market. This is a leadership role requiring deep expertise in real estate marketing and an ability to align campaigns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies for various real estate projects (residential, commercial, township, plotted developments).
Analyze market trends and position the company as a leading real estate brand.
Project Launch & Branding
Design go-to-market strategies and branding plans for new launches.
Lead marketing campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and event platforms.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee performance-driven campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Optimize lead generation funnels and track cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Channel Marketing & Sales Support
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Design and provide sales collaterals, brochures, videos, site branding materials, etc.
Media Planning & PR
Manage advertising budgets and media buying across all channels.
Build and maintain relationships with media and PR agencies to increase brand visibility.
