We are looking for people who want to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.We are recruiting for an seasoned leader for Marketing Manager, Operating Room Solution (ORS) India based in Gurgaon, India to join our India ORS & Gloves commercial team. This role will Identify and maximize marketing opportunities (both new and existing) to achieve agreed sales targets, to grow the business in accordance to business strategy.Purpose of the position:Lead the implementation and execution of India's business growth plan, specifically localization, for ORS to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless execution of the business plan by aligning efforts with the tactical strategy for consistency and impact. Additionally, manage the ORS product assortment while developing a strong pipeline for future growth aligned with market needs.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Strategic Planning & Market Alignment

  • Assess market opportunities to ensure product/solution alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop and review short-, medium-, and long-term goals for specific products/product groups.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product expansions.
  • Conduct competitor product analysis and localized customer insights to better understand target audience needs.
  • Coordinate and manage the product life cycle in collaboration with the Business Manager and Sales team.
2. Revenue & Profit Growth & Business Operations
  • Drive marketing projects aimed at generating profitable growth.
  • Conduct regular reviews of cost, pricing, and gross profit to maintain a profitable revenue stream.
  • Monitor customer purchasing behaviours to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Oversee forecast & communication of product changes to minimize disruption to customers and distributor partners.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA), and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support the sales team with pre-tender activities, tender submissions, and liaison with APAC/Global teams.
3. Customer Engagement & Branding
  • Establish and nurture key customer relationships.
  • Strengthen Mxc3xb6lnlycke's branding as an innovative organization in the medical device industry.
  • Maintain an active field presence to provide clinical support and implement marketing initiatives with the sales team.
  • Develop key messaging and value propositions for the company's products and solutions.
  • Support and coordinate customer events, external conferences, and trade shows.
  • Develop and track website and social media campaigns to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Lead Professional Education activities and customer engagement opportunities.
4. Marketing Tools & Team Support
  • Develop and implement promotional materials.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in local Professional Education programs.
  • Manage and deliver product-related training sessions for the sales team.

  • Customer contact, sales team support & internal network building
Decisions jointly taken with Business Manager
  • Decision regarding product / portfolio management portfolio.
  • Implementation of sales/marketing concepts and materials including product launches

Capabilities; Qualifications and ExperienceEducation
  • MBA - marketing (preferably in Strategy)
Experience
  • 2-5 years of commercial experience in medical devices
  • 8- 10 years of marketing
  • KOL development
Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Possess good communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented and numerate.
  • Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions.
  • Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
  • Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with good organizational, research, and training skills
  • Technically and clinically astute
  • Creation and development of marketing tools and assets and Digital marketing experience an advantage
