Prepare, manage, and verify all export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and customs paperwork. Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and specific trade laws (e.g., SCMTR in India).
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Track and monitor shipment status and resolve any potential delays or issues.
Client Communication & Sales Support:
Communicate effectively with overseas clients regarding orders, inquiries, complaints, and shipment updates. Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and basic sales documents.
Office Administration:
Perform general administrative duties such as handling calls and messages, managing physical and digital filing systems, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing office supplies inventory.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and client interactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g., MIS reports) for management using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and potentially ERP systems like SAP.
