We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing team and oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, branding, campaigns, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, digital platforms, and team leadership to help drive brand awareness and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals. Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Manage social media presence, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights for improvement. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns. Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Build relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on company type) is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
