Job Title Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Marketing Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the overall marketing strategies for the optical business.



Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals
  
• Identify and manage relationships with the media, creative and communication agencies
  
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing campaign and budgets
  
• Develop creative briefs and guide for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  
• Lead the development of content and creatives with the help of internal team and agencies
  
• Plan and execute on multichannel campaigns including budget ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer visits and conversions
  
• Provide regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on customers, sales, competition, promotions etc. to facilitate strategy alignment and decision-making
  
• Ensure implementation of customers promotions, Visual Merchandising plans and programmes at store level
  
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing campaign with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  
• Ensure customer delight by delivering high standards of retail environment, product availability & presentation, resolution of customer complaints and speedy check out, and maintain customer loyalty
  
• Coordinate with the sales, financial, and production departments
  
• Lead and Manage the marketing & sales team

MBA in Marketing with min 3 years of experience with retail chain, preferably an eye wear Excellent verbal and written communication skill (oral and written) Proficiency in Malayalam, English and Hindi languages Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications MS word, Excel, Power-point Can work independently and in a team environment Effective time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines Passion, personal alignment and commitment to the mission of Organization
