Key Roles & Responsibilities



Business Development - Direct



Support organizing

National and Regional Conferences

and

CMEs

. Develop and engage

Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

for guest lectures across India. Help sales teams identify opportunities to

sponsor small and periodic oncology events

. Organize and host

monthly webinars

on oncology-related topics. Ensure effective

implementation of promotional materials

(brochures, roll-up standees, and banners) by the sales team. Monitor

post-event follow-up

and evaluate

Return on Investment (ROI)

. Conduct

weekly online product update sessions

for the sales team. Ensure

effective and accurate scientific communication

by the sales team.

Business Development - Indirect



Develop and implement

digital marketing strategies

across social and professional platforms. Align campaigns with

business goals, brand positioning, and target audience

. Manage

digital marketing initiatives

efficiently and cost-effectively. Organize

patient awareness campaigns

in collaboration with hospitals and NGOs. Plan and execute

periodical email campaigns

for general and post-event participants.

Sales Support



Organize and maintain

monthly sales forecast

entries. Track

weekly order plans

and

sales inquiries

. Prepare and analyze

periodical sales reports

. Support the creation of

sales presentations

in PowerPoint. Maintain

sales data

in Excel formats for easy access and quick interpretation.

Job Requirements



Master's Degree

, preferably with a

Science or Data Management

background. Minimum

3 years of experience in Product Marketing

within the

Healthcare or Diagnostics industry

. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

. Excellent organizational, analytical, and presentation abilities. Willingness to

travel and participate in fieldwork

with the sales team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Experience:

Healthcare or Diagnostics industry.: 3 years (Preferred) oncology marketing : 3 years (Preferred) Precision Medicine: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
