Position Overview:
Responsible for expanding company presence in major textile hubs. Must have a strong network in textile processing units, dyeing houses, printing mills, and chemical distributors in North India.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Acquire new customers across North India textile clusters.
Promote chemicals, printing inks, binders, emulsions, auxiliaries.
Develop dealer/distribution network.
Market Expansion & Relationship Management
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular market visits.
Understand customer production processes and recommend solutions.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Achieve sales targets.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Prepare sales plans and forecasts.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate trials, sampling, and product presentations.
Support customers with lab/technical team.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain visit reports, enquiry logs, customer updates.
Provide regular MIS to management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Knowledge of textile chemicals, inks, auxiliaries.
Ability to travel extensively.
Target-oriented and self-driven.
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates from Pidilite, Rossari, Archroma, Indofil, and similar industries preferred.
Education:
B.Sc Chemistry / B.Tech / MBA Marketing preferred.
Experience:
5-10 years in textile chemical marketing. Strong network in Panipat, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Delhi, Varanasi preferred.
