Role Summary
We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Manager who can build brand buzz, execute impactful campaigns, and drive consumer engagement across digital, retail, and on-ground channels. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, trials, and repeat consumption
  • Lead influencer and creator marketing across nano, micro, and celebrity creators
  • Drive trade marketing initiatives including POS, visibility, sampling, and in-store activations across GT & MT
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and retail media platforms with ROI focus
  • Execute on-ground marketing activities such as events, campus activations, and community engagements
  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop high-impact content across digital and retail touchpoints
  • Track campaign performance, consumer insights, and analytics to optimize execution
  • Work closely with Sales, NPD, and Operations teams to align marketing with launches and distribution goals
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners effectively
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of FMCG / beverage / consumer brand marketing
  • Experience across digital marketing, trade marketing, and on-ground activations
  • Hands-on exposure to influencer marketing and content development
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and execution skills
  • Ability to manage agencies and negotiate partnerships
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z and young India consumer behavior
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Qualification
  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience
  • Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
