Job Role: Marketing Manager Location: New Delhi Reporting to: management working days : 6 days Timing shift : 9:30 Am to 6:00 Pm Address : Plot No. 519, Patparganj Industrial Area, Patparganj, New Delhi, Delhi, 110092 Job Responsibilities: 1. To work with the sales team on a daily basis in the market assisting them to meet business goals. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company ;s sales targets and business goals. 3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, and competition analysis, market scheme and use this information to guide marketing efforts. 4. Campaign Management: Create, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events. 5. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to different campaigns and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 6. Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the company & brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials. 7. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other collateral. 8. Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and crisis communication when necessary. 9. To Conduct RWA activities, participation in fair, sampling, to increase brand awareness. 10. To check performance of marketing efforts. 11. To launch new product activation working on the market along with the sales team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 per month Benefits:
