Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans.
The role will involve researching and identifying new business opportunities and brief is communicated internally to Designers
Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process
Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company's portfolio.
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned shows.
Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value added events
At least a Bachelor Degree
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within an Exhibitions company, or Agency for events/exhibitions
Excellent communication skills
Speaks fluently and writes clearly in English
Strong time management and organizational skills
Creative Thinker
Innovative Ideation & Conceptualization Skills
