Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness for Go Solar Solutions. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s business objectives and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition to inform marketing strategies. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the brand identity of Go Solar Solutions, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all channels.
Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and website content. Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments. Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Ensure content reflects the company\'s expertise and commitment to sustainability. Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and other channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and support the conversion process. Public Relations and Communications: Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners.
Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials. Event Planning and Management: Plan and execute marketing events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase Go Solar Solution\'s expertise and solutions. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on the renewable energy or EPC industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy concepts and the renewable energy market.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
