Job Description

:
1. Product & Portfolio Management
Develop product roadmap across categories (Kitchen, Garment Care, Home Care, Personal Care, Seasonal).
Conduct competitor benchmarking-pricing, features, USPs, packaging, warranty.
Coordinate with R&D/Product team for new product development based on market gaps.
Plan model mix, colour variants, and feature differentiation for each price band.
Review product performance and recommend continuation/discontinuation (SKU rationalisation).
2. Market Research & Consumer Insights
Monitor market trends, consumer pain points, usage behaviour, and emerging categories.
Conduct retail visits, online analytics, and secondary research (GfK, Nielsen, Amazon data).
Identify opportunities for innovation and new category entry.
Gather feedback from trade partners, service teams, and customers.
3. Brand Management
Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels.
Build brand guidelines for communication, packaging, and visual identity.
Manage celebrity/influencer collaborations, brand ambassadors & key opinion leaders.
Strengthen brand visibility across ATL, BTL, and digital.
4. Marketing Communications (ATL / BTL / Digital)
Develop 360 marketing calendar: campaigns, festive plans, new launches.
Drive ATL activities: TV, print, outdoor, radio.
Lead digital campaigns: social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing.
Oversee BTL: retail displays, demos, visibility kits, POSM, in-store branding.
Create product videos, photoshoots, catalogues, leaflets, and training content.
5. E-Commerce & Modern Trade Enablement
Manage A+ content, brand storefronts, keywords, ratings & reviews.
Plan online launch strategy with marketplace teams.
Coordinate with MT partners for visibility, brand bays, demo counters.
Track price hygiene, promotions, and profitability.
6. Trade Marketing & Channel Support
Develop trade schemes, dealer programs, display contests & incentivisation plans.
Monitor channel-wise sell-in vs sell-out and drive activations.
Provide training materials for sales teams and channel partners.
Design POS collaterals, branding elements, promotional kits.
7. Budgeting & ROI Tracking
Prepare annual marketing budgets and monthly spend allocation.
Ensure cost efficiencies in campaigns and productions.
Track ROI for digital spends, influencers, retail activations, and trade programs.
Review performance vs plan and optimise.
8. Launch Management
Manage end-to-end new product launch process including GTM plan and all launch content.
Ensure product availability, pricing, packaging, and demo readiness.
9. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, SCM, Product, Finance, and Service teams.
Align brand messaging with sales strategy and stock availability.
Share market insights for forecasting & planning.
10. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards for category performance and campaigns.
Monitor consumer feedback, ratings, returns, and product issues.
Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
