Job Description

THE ROLE
We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, drive customer engagement, and build strong community-driven marketing across all our restaurant brands.
As the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that drive awareness, footfall, and loyalty for The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, and Veronica's. You'll collaborate with the F&B, operations, and marketing teams to ensure every campaign connects meaningfully with our guests.
This role is based out of our head office in Lalbaug (Parel), but will involve moving across our restaurants.

WHO YOU ARE
3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Strong storytelling and brand-building instincts - you understand culture, not just content
Hands-on experience running digital and on-ground campaigns and managing events
Strong project management skills - you can handle multiple launches and teams simultaneously
A blend of creativity, hustle, and data-driven thinking
Basic knowledge of website management and email marketing
Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good knowledge of social media apps like VN, Inshorts, Canva, Splice, etc.
Bonus points for: experience with event marketing, influencer collaborations, or brand partnerships
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Brand & Campaign Strategy
Own and execute annual and quarterly marketing calendars for all three restaurant brands.
Lead campaigns for menu launches, events and collaborations.
Ensure brand voice and storytelling are consistent yet distinctive across The Bombay Canteen, O Pedro, and Veronica's.
Partner with the PR manager to amplify coverage and strengthen each brand's public presence.
Digital & Social Media
Oversee social media strategy and content calendars for each brand (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Work closely with the in-house studio team to craft high-quality content - from chef features and behind-the-scenes stories to trending reels and community moments.
Monitor performance analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Events
Plan and execute on-ground activations, pop-ups, and in-restaurant experiences.
Collaborate with Operations and F&B teams to drive footfall through targeted local marketing and partnerships.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage agency and vendor relationships (social, PR, design, photography).
Collaborate with chefs, operations, and in-house marketing and creative teams to keep initiatives cohesive and brand-led.
