Job Description



We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals and drive lead generation.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Create engaging content for various platforms (website, social media, blogs, case studies, brochures, etc.).
Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present insights to leadership.
Plan and manage events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Product team on go-to-market strategies for new launches.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects.
Stay updated with marketing trends and innovations to continually improve marketing efforts.
Support international brand promotion and global marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, social media).
Proven success in running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Exposure to international marketing or global brand promotion is an added advantage.
