Marketing Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Content, PR & Events The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products & services. The role involves overseeing content creation, managing events and public relations activities, and executing email marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, drive customer engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Execution (50%):
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company\'s marketing goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • Conduct market research to identify content trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize content for search engines and track content performance using relevant analytics tools.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all content channels.

Events and Public Relations (30%):
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events such as round tables, conferences, and product launches.
  • Develop event strategies, budgets, and timelines to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with external vendors, event organizers, and PR agencies to ensure successful event execution.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for participation in relevant events and speaking engagements.

Email Marketing (20%):
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and promote product/service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and compelling email templates.
  • Segment email lists based on customer profiles and behaviors to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  • Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends to implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing events and PR campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop unique content ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
