Job Description


The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our B2B business selling promotional products for brand promotion. He/She will be expected to build and maintain the company\'s brand image, drive customer acquisition, retention and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA): 1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute an effective marketing strategy along with Sales Head that supports the company\'s goals and objectives. This includes assisting with identifying target markets, developing marketing plans, and ensuring that marketing campaigns are aligned with the sales strategy. 2. Brand Management: Develop and maintain the company\'s brand image and messaging (internal & external audience), and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the brand identity. 3. Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, including physical/print & digital marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing. 4. Customer Retention: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to retain existing customers, re-establish business with lost customers and customer engagement initiatives. 5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, analyse market trends, and develop insights that enable in forming a successful and effective marketing strategy 6. Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing plans to promote the company\'s products and services, including product launches, product positioning, and product collateral development. 7. Marketing Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with the company\'s financial goals. 8. Working with External Support Agencies: Identify agencies for various support services like Website Development, Content Creation, etc., Assign them marketing specific projects and ensure their success. Prerequisites: a) Age should ideally be between 30 to 35 years. b) 5-7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. c) Experience in B2B marketing (not B2C), preferably in the promotional products industry or related field. d) Must completely understand marketing automation software, email marketing tools, and social media advertising platforms. e) Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team to achieve results. f) Must understand Pharma and Healthcare Promotion Ecosystem. g) Must have good network connects on the client side to build and grow sales effectively. h) Have Fire in Belly for exponential growth (organisational & personal).
